The Philadelphia Eagles had their BYE week this week, and the players, coaches, and fans had a much-needed breather after a roller coaster and exciting two-thirds of the season so far.  Todd and Chuck sit down with the always-knowledgable Tommy Lawlor to discuss the season so far.  Nick Foles is obviously the big news so far this season, and is making it very tough for all involved to not look at him as an exceptional player this season so far.  To come in as a backup and then lead the league in several stats, as well as be a part of the Hall of Fame?

Other than Foles' performance, the Eagles Defense is the most satisfying surprise.  Defensive Coordinator Bill Davis brought in a new scheme to the team, and the players had some growing pains adjusting early in the season.  The run defense is still suspect, but overall they are doing a very good job in the Red Zone, and keeping the big points off the board, allowing the Eagles Offense to work and put in a solid performance.
