The Philadelphia Eagles get what we hope is a gut check in losing to the Minnesota Vikings 48-30, snapping the five-game win streak.  The Eagles Offense started out slow and quarterback Nick Foles struggled early on.  This left the Eagles Defense on the field a lot during the first half, and by the second half they were gassed, the Bears Offense played very well, and exploited a damaged Eagles secondary.

Eagles fans' sad feelings were definitely diminished as the Dallas Cowboys played the Green Bay Packers, and after leading the Packers 26-3 at halftime, very impressively lost the game.  This left the Eagles alone in first place in the NFC East, and setting up a very critical, and exciting final two weeks of the season.

The Chicago Bears rumble into Lincoln Financial Field this week, and the game was flexed to the Sunday Night Football game as both teams have an 8-6 record and hoping for playoff spots.  The Eagles, we believe, will use the humbling loss this week to reassess their weaknesses and adjust to what is needed, both on the players and coaching sides.  This week was a gut check... the Eagles are a team that will overcome, and they will win this game at home.
