The 2014 NFL season came to a close, the Super Bowl was played, and the players from all teams cleaned out their locker rooms, some for the last time with their team, some for the last time as a player in the league. The work then began for the coaches, management, owners, agents, and many others. Free agency was just around the corner, and the teams do what they can to strengthen their team where they can, or when they lose players. The Eagles were very active in the first few days of free agency this year, picking up players and even a trade for another running back that took many by surprise. But did the Eagles really improve drastically, or was it an incremental improvement? What were the missed opportunities so far, and now how much does the team need to rely on the Draft to finish the job? Tonight we sat down with our longtime friend, Jason Brewer, the founder of Bleeding Green Nation, and talk about all of these areas. We also have the pleasure of trashing the rest of the NFC East in mocking some (ok, most) of their decisions. – Contacting us is free: Voicemail Line: 1 (856) 335-3675 Twitter: @EaglesFanCast, Todd – @tradonks and Chuck – @chuckst Facebook: facebook.com/EaglesFanCast Google+: EaglesFanCast Email: fans [at] EaglesFanCast.net |
